BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All custom orders are subject to availability, & no booking is secured until a deposit has been received. The purchase of specialty items required for your order (such as custom cookie cutters or cupcake toppers) will be added into the total of your order. A deposit of half of the total is due at time of request, and the balance is due 1 week prior to your event date.

Please allow 2 weeks notice for a special order. If you require an order at short notice (less than 1 week prior to event date), you will be charged an additional ‘rush fee’.
Cupcakes and cookies are handmade for your event, so a refund cannot be offered once I have started the process of baking your order.
Our products may come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy & other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk, and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.
We reserve the right to photograph your order for display and promotion without any compensation to you.
We accept no responsibility for your order once it has been collected/delivered.

If delivery is required, the cost is calculated based on current mileage rate ($.67 per mile) x the amount of miles driven from the Artisan Exchange in West Chester, PA, to your location. This will be added into the total cost of the order.

Payment types accepted: cash, personal check, Venmo or credit card (with an additional 3% processing fee).
